On Saturday 03/01/2015 The Benalla Art Gallery hosted Shayne as artist in residence to present a Lecture in Culinary Art to a group of eager participants.
A Large edible canvas painted in the tache style began as seperate small squares of chocolate slowly painted and built up by Shayne and the students and assembled as one large piece to complete the piece. A great fun day was had by all inside the cooler gallery as outside the Hot summer temperatures soared to well over 50 degrees celcius.
